Yeah, I'm sorry they overlooked the spork (and its mysterious tendency to be found in close proximity to Wet-Naps), but good post nevertheless.

My mother's a nurse, and she once had a patient who apparently swallowed her own fork during a mindless, manic eating binge. So I, too, thought this link lead to stories of people eating utensils...
