So Nixon supposedly took drugs and beat his wife? If that's true, he was really going for the trifecta with the whole Watergate thing.

Huh. I had a history professor once who suggested his belief that Nixon had deliberately played an "I've got nukes, and I'm crazy enough to use 'em on Hanoi" card as strategy, to rattle the Viet Cong.
