Online Etch A Sketch

People must be too embarassed to post...

It doesn't really have the flair of the original, does it? The least the "clear" function could have done is shake the screen a little bit.

Speaking of Etch a Sketch, check this guy out.

Totally unrealistic. What is an Etch A Sketch drawing without a bunch of extra lines because you turned the dial the wrong way at first and then corrected yourself?

Thanks for that other link, Fofer. That is disturbing.

"Totally unrealistic."

I second that. Making diagonal lines was never this damn easy...it took dexterity well beyond my 9 year old fingers.

...and y2karl takes a big, greasy shit on our good time. Thanks, man.

Unrealistic in another respect: on the real one if you're prepared work unreasonably hard at it, you can scratch away a big window and actually watch the mechanism work inside. Here it just turns black, and it's rather hard to get the lines close enough together to clear a window. Somewhere I have a video I shot of somebody twiddling the dials and making the pointer move around on a completely clear screen; really must convert that to quicktime and put it up on the web at some point.

And Down10, speak for yourself -- y2karl's posting added new and non-irrelevant information; though it may not interest you I find it hard to understand how it injured you.
