Hands up all high school debaters who, after watching those videos, feel the sting of a misspent youth.

(At least in my area, high school debate club kids made a point of learning some pen tricks. What this site calls the thumb-around and the sonic were pretty much the extent of the pen flipping, though. Now I know I'm a poser. Great.)

I have always harbored a great amount of jealousy for those capable of the "thumb-around" My attempts always ended up being "Pen-on-floor"
