This may be too good to be true. Drudge says there's a home video of a possibly drunk GW Bush acting the smartass.

If it's for real, then it'll eventually be on the web. And if it deep-sixes this clown, so much the better. After putting the country through seven years of turmoil while relentlessly gunning for Clinton, who do the Repubs offer as a replacement but another guy of dubious character and shady connections. Get ready for the "politics of personal destruction" whinefest.

Did I say I read that? I meant to say that I just made it up and wrote it. Sounds reasonable enough to me though.
