For something the woman says she just wrote off the top of her head, this IS quite good.

Apologies are kind of a lost art. I know people with Teflon psyches who really seem to believe that they never do anything wrong. In a way, I kind of envy them - it must be nice to never feel guilty over anything you do - but then they're also pretty generally angry assholes who make wrack and ruin of their relationships and are incapable of personal growth - because if you can't see where you went wrong, you can't fix it.
