Yeah, I got a very close match to Kucinich too. Hadn't even heard of him before this (I'm not an american though).

Sharpton 100%, Kucinich 100%, Kerry 90%, Dean 88% ... Bush 6%. Yikes. Hmm.. They rolled this out in 2000 as well. There are not enough questions to make it all that accurate, particularly on social policy (where's affirmative action?). I suspect as a result my 100% alignment with Al Sharpton is somewhat overstated. I also answered somewhat negatively to the question "should we pull troops out of Iraq immediately" and still got a 100% match to Kucinich, despite his constant attention to that issue. What's real interesting about this is that I am more aligned with Kerry than I am with Dean, who I had been supporting on and off for a while. This combined with the idiot GOP hack highlighting Kerry's liberal voting record - "Ted Kennedy is the conservative senator from Massachusetts!" - is making me take a second look at JK.

I got Kucinich, Sharpton, Kerry, Dean too (I didn't think Kerry would come in 3rd, and got 100% with Kucinich)

I also answered somewhat negatively to the question "should we pull troops out of Iraq immediately" and still got a 100% match to Kucinich, despite his constant attention to that issue. So did I, but as I recall his stance is detailed in an "out in 90 days" plan. The use of "immediately" in the question rules it out. Oh well, I wonder if there is a better one out there.

Good heavens -- left-leaning Democrats on MeFi! I'm shocked, shocked I tell you! Heh. My results were somewhat diametrically opposed to the ones posted here so far. But I did notice something odd: my #1 match, George Bush, is listed as NOT having served in the military (self-link, sorry: screenshot). Now, I know that many MeFites contest the length of his service, or perhaps even the "quality" of the service, but there can be no doubt that President Bush DID, in fact, serve in the United States military. So what's with the AOL poll result?

My top three were Lieberman (100%), Bush (96%), and Kerry (90%)--which is absolutely correct! (I rated my relative concern for international affairs as high, as well as my support for the war, FYI.) Too bad the first of those won't be on the ticket this fall, or I might have dumped the GOP for Holy Joe.

I wonder what it would take for AOL to include media ownership issues on their selector... I know Dean has spoken out, and I think maybe Kucinich. Bush's administration has also clearly indicated where they stand on media policy, but it'd be nice to have it in these selectors.
