Want to live there? Using my salary, sure. Using their salaries, I don't think so. Average looks to be about 200.00 / month per person. Average cost of an apartment is 422.00. Gonna get a little crowded. No?

Huh. Well, you learn something every day, don't you? Thanks. Oddly, I grew up in Saudi Arabia and very few people there made the same distinction except on one issue: Everyone in Saudi Arabia refers to the Persian Gulf as the Arabian Gulf. Screwed me for a few years on geography tests when I came back to the US. (thebabelfish, yeah, the play is French.)

And Savien Cyrano de Bergerac was a French soldier, but I can't find any info that suggests the name has common roots with Cyrus (who founded the Persian Empire)

It's Persian, gahdammit. I flew over Iran recently and was surprised at how rugged it is. It looked like I was flying over the Rockies. And huge -- took like 5 hours.
