Considering the financial cost from of bad fixtures you'd think they'd make at least a few elements of light pollution reduction requirements for design submissions. There's no sense shining light up into the sky, at least. posted by Songdog at 3:52 PM on March 3, 2004
or directly into my bedroom, as it were. The lights in my brooklyn neighborhood shine pretty much 360 degrees of nasty sodium lamp salmon colored light.
