I think the insinuation is that the primary purpose of those who buy mushrooms is for psychidelic use, and the majority of Metafilter posters and readers are stinky, drug-using liberal hippies. Or something like that.

You will meet people you have never met, and fall in love with them as they hover in midair, just out of reach. Just remember to drink lots of water, though. The comedown can be a bitch.

as an IE user, i tend to just type metafilter ctrl+enter.
