Who wants the slice with the bloody lung? How to make a delicious cake that looks like the exposed human thoratic cavity, complete with a ribcage of white chocolate and organs that each secrete a different fruit-flavored sauce. (MNBSFW due to how unbelievably real the thing looks.)

That may be the most impressive pastry I've ever seen. Don't know if I would want to eat it, though; too much time and effort spent just to eat it. Makes the Easter bunny and lamb pound cakes that my grandmother used to make look like nothin'.

Wow. I'm so doing this for halloween this year! Brilliant! I used to have a coffin, (ok...we made a coffin), and in it we had a manikin...and we filled the manikin with various goodies in anatomically correct spots...but this, this is even cooler than vodka brain jello mold...oh, I have to go practice....now where did I put that Grey's? God I would have loved to see party photos of everyone eating that! I have this image of a bunch of middle aged folks with little paper plates and plastic forks sitting/standing around the table wiping raspberry jam from their dripping lips. "Have you tried the kidneys?! Sheer bliss!" Oh yeah!
