Customization of a page was never easier. Mark Newhouse of iBook, iMac, iBlog, has come up with this really cool way of skinning the blog using CSS via a nifty adaptation of a script by Porter Glendinng. Now if we could mix this concept with Jason's modification via cookies, you'd get a skinnable site rather than a skinnable page using just CSS and Javascript. [Found the site via Zeldman]

You know, I really am proud to have coined the phrase "skin the blog" (or, in the progressive aspect, "skinning the blog"), which I used on NUblog last month, where I copped to its inspiration: Haiku the Blog. The only other neologism of mine that's remotely caught on is icebike.
Prolific ("She Logs for Europe") recently wrote about how "Milov.nl toys with templates." Coincidence, or Chariots of the Gods?
