I started back at the beginning of the archives. Funny stuff in there. Some of it, maybe not so safe for work. posted by ColdChef at 3:35 PM on May 12, 2004
Maybe? Heh.. Many of the earlier ones are wonderfully loaded with bile and spite. Good strip. posted by graventy at 4:56 PM on May 12, 2004

I hate to be the first to say "I don't get it, that comic just isn't funny", but, well... posted by xil at 5:54 PM on May 12, 2004
I swear I saw this inside one of our webcomic threads once, but it's well worth a post of its own. posted by Cyrano at 5:55 PM on May 12, 2004
You did, cyrano...I've been reading it for a couple years now, but never thought about putting it on the front page. Randy's having a crossover series with Queen of Wands right now, and the results are so funny I was crying this morning. posted by notsnot at 6:03 PM on May 12, 2004
I just read the "primary cast" bios. Besides the fact that the biographies of web comic characters are more extensive than any done on Lincoln-- the strip's set in Boston, but everyone's either a Texan or Canadian. So fuck that. posted by Mayor Curley at 7:09 PM on May 12, 2004
Maybe I oversold it. Sorry.
Anyways, I think it's great. posted by ColdChef at 7:11 PM on May 12, 2004
No oversell, C.C. It's been a fave of mine for ages. posted by Cyrano at 7:25 PM on May 12, 2004
It's been a favorite of mine for at least a year and a half, as well.
Some people don't get it and don't like it... a lot of people are offended by it ... but I don't have a friend that doesn't read it. We even talk about it when we're hanging out. posted by SpecialK at 1:54 AM on May 13, 2004
And by the way, of course we now refer to babies as "podlings" in my group... posted by SpecialK at 2:38 AM on May 13, 2004

Amazing. Can't believe I didn't think 'bout it - was turned on ti it by an intern 2 years ago, got most of my family hooked. And yet, Randy still has to work for a living!
