Paper looked neat, but browsing through it I didn't get any new information, it basically looked like a summary of what each online community is about. As most of those communities are well-known in internet land, I didn't really gain any new "insights" that the abstract promised. Specifically, I'd be interested in the effectiveness of ad campaigns in these spaces. Did I miss something here?
