And you thought that guy from Police Academy was good. As a five-year-old child, Dokaka hummed along with melodies on television, but one day plugged headphones into the TV, discovering that the sounds in his head matched those piping through the headphones. I'm glad I was awake at 4 in the morning. Teen Spirit took a long time to download, even over my DSL connection. The beginning reminded me strongly of Strong Bad's techno: "The System is Down".

Dokaka has been around a little while. He does a great version of Creeping Death. He's also featured in the latest issue of Stuff (Or Maxim, I forget which is which). Oddly, he gets a fashion makeover. Go Dokaka!

For the record: Michael Winslow rules. In fact, I just watched Buy and Cell (called 'Money Academy' in japan, to play up the fact that he was in police academy), it has quite possibly the greatest 80s cast: Michael Winslow and Robert Carradine (davids brother AKA the head nerd from revenge of the nerds) Rowdy roddie piper, the biker guy from raising arizona, and Malcolm McDowell as a prison warden...if only it had Curtis Armstrong. OK, so maybe its not that good, and Winslows voice talent is greatly underused. OK, what was I talking about?

heheh. He made King Crimson's 'Fracture' sound like the Residents. Fun stuff, and a lot of work, which I'm guessing he enjoyed doing. Only a serious Crimson fan would bother taking that one apart.
