For those in North America wanting to watch TV from there, RTS is available free on Galaxy 10R. Well, I think it's RTS, the logo on one of the "stations" on that slideshow was familiar (The 'PTC' logo).

I haven't seen any air raid notices, though...

FTA Satellite TV is great for that sort of thing. At the start of the new Iraq war you could watch Saddam's "music videos" on IraqTV on Telstar/Intelsat Americas 5 (It's been long removed now, of course). Odd and interesting.
