More information on why they don't have a website is available at http://www.bilderberg.org/
Good to see the BBC has learnt from its recent past and now researches ever story thoroughly. posted by vbfg at 1:13 AM on June 4, 2004
On closer inspection, i.e. actually looking at it, that ain't the Bilderberg website. :) posted by vbfg at 1:52 AM on June 4, 2004
Are you implying that that is their website?
Do you think the real Bilderbergs need to raise funds by selling tee shirts and controversial videos?
I guess you don't read as carefully as the BBC editors. posted by bashos_frog at 1:54 AM on June 4, 2004

I'd be willing to set them up a CafePress shop, for a piece of the action, of course. posted by gimonca at 6:00 AM on June 4, 2004

Number 1 isn't quite as highly ranked at Bilderberg as he is here. Still he knows what information his reptilian brethren would want censored. posted by substrate at 8:13 AM on June 4, 2004
Funny story...my husband and the boy always go out to get the mail in the evenings after dinner. Yesterday, I'm sitting at the dining room table reading a book while they're outside. When they come in, the Man has this odd look on his face...and I said "What?" And he said..."Did you join some secret society when I wasn't looking? Joined forces with the lizard people, didja?" And I laughed and said "Well, if I had, I couldn't very well tell you...besides, I am the Lizard Queen....why do you ask?" And he tossed an envelope from the Council on Foreign Relations on the table and said "Ok...now...is there something you want to tell me? Were the WTO protests really a front for your Bilderberg ways? Hmmm?"
It still makes me giggle. posted by dejah420 at 8:45 AM on June 4, 2004

So? The etymology of the name Lucifer and the word luminary both have something to do with light. posted by titboy at 9:48 AM on June 4, 2004

inpHilltr8r, I would point out that Mr. P. has not posted in this thread, so perhaps he is behind close doors as implied. posted by billsaysthis at 6:47 PM on June 4, 2004
