Those women are going to be unpleasantly surprised at the reactions they get once the men discover those are fake nipples. At least breast implants go inside, and are still, um, "active" when you take your clothes off. But this ... this is just like filling your bra with toilet paper. It's wrong, dammit.

Besides, doesn't anyone remember "Nipless," the Japanese product that hides nipples?
