I'm not trying to start trouble but you are exactly correct.

Dictators are unelected leaders whose whims are above the laws governing everyone else. For a much better rundown of this memo go here. The damn liberal media Wahsington Post left out the most damning part of the memo:

the memo advised that Mr. Bush issue a "presidential directive or other writing" that could serve as evidence, since authority to set aside the laws is "inherent in the president."

A country of Laws or of Men? I suppose when you get away with stealing the Presidency of the most powerful country in the world the rest looks like cake, doesn't it?
