Silly, fun music link. Stuff like this is what I consider the best of the Web, even though it took a loooong time to download over dial-up, as it's a 34.8 MB mpg. You lucky broadband folks may enjoy it more. (Seen at Bifurcated Rivets)

This is a promo from the Animusic DVD compilation.

But I'm afraid Blue Man Group called earlier.

They want their instruments back.

This guy did an animation called "More Bells and Whistles" back almost 15 years ago that was a staple on a lot of computer animation compilation tapes. Nice to see he's still at it, and that I can buy a DVD of it!

This reminded me a lot of some CG shorts that used to play between shows on YTV (canuck alert) around 1994-5 or so. I think they were mostly made by students at Sheridan College. One, in particular, was a musical instruments deallie like this one, with a lot of the same ideas, like balls popping out of a chute and hitting keys on a xylophone. Anyone know where one might find these? They'd be klunky-looking by today's standards but it would still be kind of fun to watch them again.

That's just wicked on toast. The Honda marketing department should consider doing a live-action version.

I still can't get it to download, but I'm going to keep trying!

Also, thanks for the link to bifurcated rivets, which led to these cartoons about a sign painter with Tourette's.

like balls popping out of a chute and hitting keys on a xylophone. Anyone know where one might find these?

Do a search for "More Bells and Whistles" in your favorite P2P app. I just found a pretty good copy of it for 20 MB.

They'd be klunky-looking by today's standards

Actually, for being an Amiga demo (!!!) it's still pretty impressive!
