I think that looks very very cool.

This is neat. It's about two thirds of the way to being a very cool anime ninja spiderman.

I want Venom!

(the only strange thing is that it's not as if spiderman's regular outfit is all that North American. I mean, for the most part, we don't walk around in tights on this side of the pond, so his spidery outfit is just that, spidery. It's not as if he has the spider top and blue jeans on, ya know? Still, it's a an interesting take.)

A couple of years ago I was hanging with the Justice League, smoking some crazy dope Dr. Strange cooked up, and we were celebrating the great success the Superhero market had in the 90s. Then punkass Hadji stopped flirting with his special buddy Johnny Quest for a second to tell us that were were all going to be outsourced in a few years. We gave him a beatdown and left him naked in Wonder Woman's invisible jet.

How wrong we were.

It sounds like Bandit was lucky that he was at the vet for his annual de-worming that day...

So what happens when he's climbing a wall and one of those tiny shoes falls off?

Jeez, what's next? A Russian Superman?

Didn't Marvel already do a manga take on Spidey? I remember seeing it back when I still bought comics. It looked interesting, done in the same style as Osamu Tezuka, but it seemed more like a gimmick.

Ah, comics...

Its kind of like spiderman and prince of persia had a kid together. I don't exactly know how it would happen but the evidence is quite strong.

Spider-Man. Not "Spiderman." Spider-Man.

I wonder if there's any new stories or just re-worked art. I recognise some art in other graphic novels in Gotham's line from 20 years ago.

Apologies, SPrintF.

Spiderman.

It's "Spider-Man" because Spiderman looks too typographically similar to Superman and Marvel wanted that distance to avoid lawsuits.

As for the costume, it doesn't really appeal to me, but I guess I'm not the target audience so it doesn't matter.
