		<description>In another &lt;a href=http://a257.g.akamaitech.net/7/257/2422/29june20041115/www.supremecourtus.gov/opinions/03pdf/03-339.pdf&gt;decision&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a href=http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nationworld/2001968685_kidnap30.html&gt;the court affirmed&lt;/a&gt; the 215-year old &lt;a href=http://www.pbs.org/now/politics/alientort.html&gt;Alien Tort Claims Act&lt;/a&gt; for the first time (though it decided against the plaintif in that case.)  The law may now be used by inmates of &lt;a href=http://writ.news.findlaw.com/sebok/20040517.html&gt;Abu Ghraib&lt;/a&gt;.</description>
