Does this mean Rush will finally stop talking about Clinton and instead give great advice about Kerry? Why, I remember when Rush warned his listeners to pull their money out of the stock market when Clinton was coming into office when George Bush the 1st was leaving. Just think of all the value Rush preserved for his listeners with that advice! Wonder if he told 'em the good times would now re-start with George Bush the 2nd and told 'em to put thier money back into the market once Clinton was gone?

It's funny that Rush has a problem with any picture where Kerry and Edwards are too close for comfort, but he LOOOOOOVES pictures of soldiers "blowing off steam" by sexually humiliating prisoners of war. I wonder if Rush has seen this classic clip [Quicktime link].

Looks like the time is ripe for some Kerry/Edwards slashfic: Running Mates Kerry could still hear the crowds cheering as the limousine pulled away from the stadium. How is this a parody? I think there is a difference between:
a) Photoshopping Kerry to make him look like Lurch or adding devil horns to Hillary Clinton and
b) manipulating a photo in such a way that it still looks genuine and then saying "see, look we told you." I think most people would have considered that photo genuine if they hadn't seen the original.

Well, I think that the photoshopped version, even if it's taken as genuine, doesn't do any actual damage. It's done to make a (theoretically) comical point, so I think it does fall under parody. In other news, soulhuntre, I'm not seeing anyone call this the end of the world or, you know, give a shit, so maybe you want to turn down the drama queen shit a notch.

I would like to personally admit that we on the left were wrong - This parody WILL NOT bring about the end of creation as so many here have asserted. It was very wrong of us to go on and on about how it was going to destroy the planet. It was very astute of you to catch this wicked attempt a trickery. Bravo to you and your penetrating wit sir! In these times of trouble, your keen ability to ferret out the truth should be a guide to us all. Just in case anyone else was deceived by our cruel and unfair hyperbole - This parody WILL NOT bring about the end of the world. And I'm very sorry to those who were made to believe it would.
