That looks fantastic. The end panel for todays strip "Sally, you must shut down the reactor...It's powered by secrets" is so shudderingly close to Gaiman I almost shuddered.

their palette is incredible, and not just the colors. Quite a range of compositional contrasts, and it still flows rather seamlessly, surreal. I really like this.

I was aked to post this to the thread: "Dear PinkStainlessTail, I'm a long-time lurker on MetaFilter, and a friend (not to mention a high school classmate) of David Hellman and Dale Beran, creators of ALILBTDII. I flipped when I saw the comic get its own FPP, because it was only a few short months ago that Dale, David and I got stinking drunk in downtown Baltimore and they showed me the first installments of the then-tentatively-titled "Spreadjam." I suggested the title "Carnage Boobies," just for the audience-attracting qualities of the name, but was soundly voted down by David, Dale and the attractive blonde waitress who provided our white wine and sushi. To make a long story short, I left a message on David's voicemail as soon as I saw your FPP, to let him know that the strip had truly hit the big time. I assure you that he and Dale will be astonished and thrilled to learn that their humble work is lauded in the hallowed halls of the Blue. I would appreciate it immensely if you would post the text of this E-mail in the thread. I would do it myself, of course, but I have sadly not yet been able to acquire a MetaFilter account of my very own. Yours with gratitude, Nathan Rosen"
