Guinness isn't meant to be served ice-cold! Clots. Although, having said that, Guinness are currently pushing 'Guinness Extra Cold' in the UK - which is super-chilled Guinness that tastes foul.

I agree Guiness shouldn't be cold. that said, though, it's pretty bad heated, and this makes summer a less favorable time to drink it. That is, until now. Nice links!
