Except for the surname Yu, Yu Zhen Huan is not a Korean name. There is no 'zh' sound in Korean. The name would seem to be Chinese, an impression backed up by the fact that the text at this link is in fact Chinese.

Chinese is easy to tell from Korean. Only Korean has circles in it.
