Now watch his delivery, right here ... notice how the punchline is timed perfectly, where it doesn't happen right away but it's not making you wait too long. See, and notice here how the focus of the mouse is lost to give the user a sense of a loss of control, right when the icon disappears?

I can't see the judges rating below an 8.5, 9.0 on this one, although that "try again" button might hurt him like it did in Sydney.
