Life Extension Magazine is a great resource to improve your score. Perhaps you cannot tolerate an aspirin a day because it hurts your stomach or you have a propensity for bleeding. On the other hand, if you really don't have a reason to not take an aspirin a day, consider taking one daily. Some of their advice borders on dangerous. Healthy people should not be on aspirin therapy.

Wow. Will you guys buy me a nice grave? I'm going at 72. Here's the thing though. Living near your family is supposed to reduce stress? Umm, have you met my family? Also, who cares about the quantity of your life if the quality of your life sucks. Cutting meat and pastries and chocolates and coffee out my life just to be an old sack in a nursing home isn't worth it. On the other hand, Julia Child ate all that meat and butter and lived to be 92. Maybe I'll be ok...

81.3 and I smoke, live in a polluted city, am terribly overweight (according to them; I, and many who know me would disagree on that), eat dessert, drink coffee and live far from my family. That's plenty of life for me; I think I will continue being happy & not being a health freak. Ahhhh, vindication.
