What you're supposed to do is roll up some collard greens in the bacon papers and smoke it and it tastes just like southern cooking. Duh...!

Not bad, but that's the ugliest hose I've ever seen. Plus, they fail to mention that wetting the gromets makes it much easier to connect everything, which is a pretty handy tip.
