Holy crap, I can't belive metafilter is considered the opposite of Little Green Footballs. The amount of hate on that site is simply unbeliveable, the only "opposite" I could think of would be all those arabic pro-jihad sites out there.

Or at least it was, untill I deleted that part of the entry.

Apparently tan is the baby-talk version of -chan, which is a diminutive alternative to -san, as an honorific name ending.
