Dude, build me a functioning food replicator. Or perhaps something like the TARDIS. Then we'll talk. There's something wonderful and otaku-ish about this guy's own apartment, but there's something really sad about him thinking that anyone else would want to live like that. I see that he used to be a DJ--so he's accustomed to the weird, low lighting.

I dunno, adamrice. If you had a basement with a rec room and maybe a home theater room in it, something like this (but not as expensive) could really set the mood and be fun. You'd also want another room (or porch) done up in Original Trek with a Kirk-era-tech hot tub. Because you *know* Kirk got a lot of action in his Space Hot Tub. Oh, come on. You know it was there, through the bathroom we never saw either.
