See also the Liberty Fund's Scottish Enlightenment page, which has a number of e-texts. I'm extremely fond of John Millar (nineteenth-century biographical account here).

I wish I had something smart to say, but this is more one of those shut up and read treasures I love to see on MeFi.

The closest I've been getting to Scottish Philosophers lately is Oor Wullie.
