My brother does this. A friend of his makes them. Its funny to watch, and in all honesty is pretty cool.

Mountain Unicycling.

Interesting aside: my wife and I were married in Seward, AK by George Peck, the guy they credit with creating the sport of Mountain Unicycling.

Also see some insane photos from the most recent meet in Tahoe. I've gone to this a couple times. It's lots of fun. unicyclist.com is the main community site for this crowd.
