It's true, the catch is that you have to figure out a way to remove this 17,000 sq. ft. mansion, its not in good shape, the roads are narrow and windy and, oh yeah, it's FREAKIN' HUGE!
An interesting twist and follow up to this.

Well it's nice to see a move to building smaller homes, hope it catches on. There's a saying about the McMansion blight on the land: "Too big to mow, too small to farm".
