Postcards from the attic

Postcards from the attic. From our very own cedar comes this amazing collection of several hundred postcards sent between 1900 and 1910 by his family. These are quirky unsettling, and disturbingly cute. Enjoy.

This is fascinating & very well done - reminiscent of Tom Phillips' excellent book The Postcard Century.

Spooning was making out, yes. Actually, more the cuddling than the going-at-it, but that's the long & short of it.

These postcards are lovely. I'm a sucker for this stuff. Thanks.
