I like it when people leave phone number easter eggs in shows and movies like this. When I saw The Incredibles this weekend, I noticed that there was a real phone number on Mirage's business card. Of course, I didn't have the chance to write it down, much less read it. I wonder if someone bothered to figure it out and post it on the web.

davidmsc, every television show in America is set somewhere in California. Even the ones that pretend to be set elsewhere are really just extended fantasy sequences in the imagination of Tommy Westphall. And I expect that if we trace it back far enough, we'd figure out that Elliot is the lineal descendent of Victoria Barkley....

Slightly off topic, but man, was that the worst episode to date for that show? Whoever wrote it should go back to sketch comedy workshop theater. The slapstick cut scenes were so heavy handed, they lacked any subtlety or surprise, and to compensate, the writer threw in twice as many of them. Awful.

Slightly off topic, but man, was that the worst episode to date for that show? Uhmm, how do I answer that? "No" feels right but reads wrong. I guess I disagree. But I can't think of a bad episode, so maybe it was. I still laughed a lot.

This number has only recently been converted to voice mail message. Previously members of the production crew and cast were answering but word got out and the calls increased so they switched to a bland message.

The last few episodes last season/first few this season (I forget which) almost had me abandon the show. They've rescued themselves these past few episodes. I love the bizarro-world they've developed. If "chesty dame" equals the psych-student chick, I believe she's the same gal that was Agent Cooper's love interest "Annie" back in Twin Peaks. Dead ringer at any rate, IMO. I loved the way Scrubs wrapped the stories around her pulling the strings that made everyone around her dance to her psych-student thesis. I'm finding Scrubs to be a live-action version of Family Guy sometimes.

Homer gave his email out once on a show, and took greta pains to do it properly, saying it twice, etc... chunkylover53@aol.com I do believe it was. MY pal wrote it immediatly after, as did I, he got a email back! "Dear internet nerd, Thanks for writing me, Homer J Simpson" I was SO jealous. I love scrubs, I called the number, hell ya!

So, when you transpose the numbers in the area code, you get "Alesha and Mike" who, had they answered their phone, would have been quite surprised to receive a call from a geek in New Zealand, I am sure. I didn't leave a message. I tried agian, and got the Turk message - but he couldn't accept any more messages. Oh well.

If you called at the right time, various cast and crew would answer the phone and chat it up. This was still occuring up until last night as far as I know.
