Meta Metafilter!

Using Bugmenot, to get into the NY times, or the Washington Post is a great service. You never have to fill out forms or use any emails. But did you know you can use it to get into other sites as well? Some of the more strange ones include Lavalife (transexual monkey lover seeks mate), amazon.com, thinkgeek.com Oooh almost forgot! Metafilter too.

It's still not as bad as the login incident. Still, maybe I should have waited to spend that five bucks.

I accidentally mis-spelled 'Camus', and must now pretend I was merely teutonising it to be kool. I am the Outsider.

True story.

No, seriously, stole the account, and am now waiting to be deposed. So long as I never log out, I may be okay. It seems this is one of the 500 MeFi accounts that aren't either quonsar, Paris, or Witty.

If you are reading this, I have not been killed.

Been reading MeFi since 1999, but scoffed at a friend's advice to join. Then the membership clamp came down, and I have regretted it ever since. Now I am the master.

And now, allow me to explain the conflict in my soul through a none-rape haiku:

My constant struggle;
I heart metafilter vs
I owe matt five bucks

Why don't I just buy an account? Because I fear what the n00bs will do. n00bs like me. n00bs unlike me. Now you understand the torment I live with.

That wasn't me saying that ... it was a quote from the description, before it was erased. When i oasted it in the texr box, it deleted the intro...

The account was open on November 18, which means that someone had to pay, right? Which means that Matt has the user's home address from paypal right? Right?

Who are we going to invade over this?

Perhaps using the same login/password at multiple sites ain't so hot if you're going to post them on Bugmenot, huh?

Oh boy, more nimrods on MetaFilter, how shall we ever figure out who's the imposter and the poster?

Is it just me or are BugMeNot's days in the light numbered?

And there are literally thousands of password sites for the pron.

orelius, if that's true then Matt should post a bounty for his hands! No hands means no more munging up MeFi! Hahaha, its so easy now that I see it.
