Indeed.com is what a job search aggregator was meant to be. I stumbled across it and have found it immensely helpful. It indexes every job site that I'm aware of, corporate employment pages, newspapers and craigslist then makes the jobs searchable based on keyword(s) and (optionally) location. Searches can be made into RSS feeds, e-mail alerts, etc. Current beta only work for jobs in U.S.

Excellent. I made my job search into a Firefox LiveBookmark. Now I can be continuously searching for a new job, but my current employer will think I'm just staring at my bookmarks.

Nice. This is better than having to wade through Monster, HotJobs, Dice. I've been hunting off & on for the last two years and within ten minutes of using the site, I found jobs out there that normally don't appear out there. Hopefully I don't sound like an indeed.com pimp but this is how it should be done. Nice find jperkins!

All this time I spend on MetaFilter is probably WHY I haven't gotten a job since graduating college in May... How great would it be if a link I found here helped me land a job! So far, though, it's leaving out a lot of sites I use in my Washington, DC based job search--Roll Call, The Hill, etc. I did find some great stuff almost immediately--resumes tomorrow. Incidentally, if anyone knows anybody, wink wink, nudge nudge.... hire me?

This site sucks... I still can't find an opening for Pet Psychic... guess I'll have to stay unemployed until a better job search aggregator comes along.

The only section of the site that I see to ask that they add other job site is this section and that's if you want to add your own jobs. Maybe give that a try anyway and see if they'll add urls you supply to them. Glad this went over so well. From the sound of things, Christmas wasn't very merry for some of us in terms of jobs! My search for "porn freebsd php" didn't turn up anything either, but I now have that search setup with an email alert.

#2 is what kills me. What possible reason could there be for no oversight? Becuase the US does not vote for President, the States do. Therefore federal oversight would trample on state's rights.
