Aquaman, I thought it was illegal to make any item of clothing out of the flag of the USA? Nope. The U.S. Flag Code says in §176 that "(d) The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery" and also "(j) No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform," but doing is is disrespectful rather than illegal. It seems that in my town (Phoenix) the only people who display the flag properly are old veterans, government offices, and me, a filthy liberal douchebag. Most flags around here are tattered and dirty, barely hanging on to some SUV's radio aerial, or Bedazzler'd onto someone's crusty sweatshirt. But I digress.

Um... "The term 'pimp' as used on the EXPN.com Web site was not intended as a criminal accusation, nor was it reasonably susceptible to such a literal interpretation. Ironically, it was most likely intended as a compliment." OK, how about the "too old" part? And, uh, what does that say about his, um...wife? Not that I think I'd mind if someone called me the same name, it just doesn't have any context in my case Whatever. Maybe he was offended but it wouldn't be the first time Mr. K attracted a little...publicity???

I got my dictionary right here: bimbo n. (pl. -os or -oes) sl. 1. a person 2. a U.S. Circuit Court judge who does not agree with Evel Knieval's interpretation of the law. Oh, ok. I thought his usage was a little strange, but I see now that he used the word "bimbo" appropriately.

EvelAnecdoteFilter - A friend of my mother-in-law is a cabinet-maker and carpenter. He installed new cabinets on Evel's boat in the late 70s and says Evel stiffed him for the $800 bill. He was pissed about not being paid, but he sure does enjoy telling that story.
