Cool! Regarding money origami... in the 90s I had a friend who worked as a teacher at a fancy private elementary school. For Christmas, the parents of one of her Japanese students presented her with a gift-wrapped shirt box. Inside was a life-size folded shirt made entirely out of origami-ed money. It was incredible, I remember we just stared at it for the longest time in her apartment... it was more bills than I had ever seen in one place. It was such an incredible piece of art, she couldn't bear to take it apart but she needed the money so she took it to the bank and they dismantled it for her. I think it was around $200 or something.

Chicago artist Cat Chow {flash} makes clothing from different materials, requiring painstaking work: kleenex, washers (close up), one long zipper, chain mail, and "Not for Sale," a dress made from 1000 shredded dollar bills.
