Brampton's Website offers a "behind the scenes" view of British village life written by the people themselves (and most of them seem to contribute). Click also on the banner/display adverts which provide deeper insights. Some pages have sound....when you least expect it! Other than that, SFW.

Brampton is a real place by the way. I have a friend who lived there for several years. A rather unnotable place, I must say, though full of all sorts of freaks, geeks, and closed minded little Englanders I hear.

This Framley stuff is gold. The Fag Break borders on Dadaism; the joke list and comic come close enough to content to frustrate and tease the reader. This is the technique I enjoy in Homestar Runner: the feeling that a child or someone foreign to a culture has rebuilt a cultural artifact, hanging onto scraps and surface and misunderstanding all meaning.
