This certainly is interesting. I'd be interested to see the algorithm used, and if I had time -- something that is presently in short supply for me, sadly -- I'd like to see if I could modify it to learn what pictures are better through the use of the voting system.

I'm ambivalent: My reactions were simultaneously 'Ugh!', and 'Cool!'. Ugh, because the art is really bad - it's of a standard usually found hanging in a doctor's waiting-room. Cool, because, like ChrisR, I admire the ingenuity of the algorithm. I guess I like the artist better than the art. A good post indeed.
