Ultimately, I was disappointed that this was not related to ZZT (or even Megazeux!). from what i understand, the site was originally supposed to be a zzt level archive, if that's any consolation.

Yeah, I was more of a ZZT fan, trying to make music out of 8 distinct buzzing sounds. Back on track: Also, I like how these modified comics (or at least the ones with multiple rows) can still have a kind of story if you reading them vertically.
