Click on Venca's pic to get a larger version, and you'll see that the box he's holding has the Linux penguin on it. So he's got the dark suit on to replicate the "penguin" look. Get it?

(Actually, it's a school graduation photo. Each class asks a business on the main-street to post their class photos. It's a really nice tradition-- usually a very creative endeavor. Czechs are pretty relaxed about body image and humor).

I'm kind of surprised no one has bitched about the photos all being bitmaps. Perhaps there is a shortage of compression routines in East Europe. Lets start a benefit campaign!

As for Eastern European nakedness, you could try these, for example, if you're not at work:
