The Romanian street-people series is a very nice piece of work. posted by TheGoldenOne at 11:55 AM on February 4, 2005
Like TheGoldenOne, I really liked the Romanian street-people series. The portraits allow an amount of dignity that their lives do not. Reading hte bios reminded me of Wednesday's Ask MeFi thread. posted by nanu at 12:04 PM on February 4, 2005
I liked this post. I also checked out the NY and Egyptian sections. Very interesting and good. I loved some of the reactions that the Egyptians had to an American asking them their feelings regarding current political events. posted by snsranch at 4:04 PM on February 4, 2005
Good post. There's also a well made, depressing documentary about those Romanian street kids called Children Underground. posted by stavrogin at 8:04 PM on February 4, 2005
