Oakland-based photographer Scott Squire documents both the familiar and the unfamiliar in a style he calls NonFiction Photography. There's some pretty amazing stuff here.
Like TheGoldenOne, I really liked the Romanian street-people series. The portraits allow an amount of dignity that their lives do not. Reading hte bios reminded me of Wednesday's Ask MeFi thread.

I liked this post. I also checked out the NY and Egyptian sections. Very interesting and good. I loved some of the reactions that the Egyptians had to an American asking them their feelings regarding current political events.

Good post. There's also a well made, depressing documentary about those Romanian street kids called Children Underground.
