These sure beat the generic snapshot postcards. I'm assuming that they just haven't gotten to the Wiener Circle yet. And I noticed that Millennium Park doesn't have a card yet.

My mom sent me the Sears Tower postcard when she was in Chicago. I haven't attempted to assemble it yet. The antennas in particular are microscopic---spindly paper parts less than a millimeter wide. Looks like a challenge.

I never realized that the Water Tower (the "sandcastle") was almost as tall as the Sears Tower. ;-)

[Flagged as good.] These are great fun. I'll be sending them along to my sister and brother-in-law (who has an office in the Amoco Building which is not called the Amoco Building anymore ya' know...um, I forgot what it's called now.) This is really cool! I wish my dad were still alive as I'm sure he'd love to get some of these. It would be cool if there were people doing this same thing in other cities as well. A Build Your Own San Francisco would be great fun!

They did have one for Millennium Park but the city made them pull it because of copyright considerations. ;-)

Huh, this is the first time this has happened - I know the artist behind these. I can attest that the models are buildable (though best results take care and attention to detail). Cool.
