SLO used to have one of the biggest Mardi Gras celebrations in the world, which &lt;b&gt;is&lt;/b&gt; weird, because it&apos;s a tiny little town. The city authorities have done their best to crush the festivities the last few years. Something about how wild drinking and boobs don&apos;t match the family-friendly image they&apos;re trying to project. The one good party per year, and they have to kill it, the damn spoilsports...</description>
