I once dated a Mathematical Model. She was a topological wonder who could take on the most interesting shapes.

From the Berkeley team's page:

* No medal -- mostly because "... of some visible flaws of execution and the lack of an explicit emotional message."

Translation: "We didn't get it." However:

Team Morrison- USA won silver with "The Lookout", a gargoyle looking over the city.

I suppose the explicit emotional message of this thing is "gargoyles are wicked kick ass".
