I love how all of the covers for Moz's solo albums are mostly of himself, done in the same style of The Smith's covers. One thing I have always liked about The Smith's/Morrissey's cover art is the cohesive design. Here is the proof.

Oh, the Smiths, those were the days.

Well, it hadn't occurred to me before seeing the credit here to the Warhol flick directed by Paul Morrissey that, (as a page on foreverill.com, just turned up by google, conjectures), the name M. was presumably stolen from filmmaker Paul Morrissey (?).
