The Big Picture: Academy Awards MSNBC.com unleashes a multimedia buffet of pre-Oscar coverage with this edition of The Big Picture... Two words: Sharon. Tay. Rowr.
This post was deleted for the following reason: seems like a lame version of TV online. and the rowr is kinda farky, no?

Worst pepsi blu. Ray is a golden light, well duh. J-lo the next Cleo, good or bad? Why ask since I haven't seen her in the role. Then rate the stars? I rate them high out of reach in the sky, unless you have Pair's sidekick.

I hope Paul Giamatti wins every category because he is an ugly, ugly man and I love him in the most sincere, non-gay way*.
*Perhaps a hint of gay, but also in a very non-gay gay way.

basicchannel: Much as I share your sentiments, Giamatti isn't even nominated -- a travesty for the 2nd year running.

I don't like Sharon Tay. And her big tearful farewell on the KTLA morning news a month or so ago made me cheer.
Just saying.

Up until just this moment, I did not know who Sharon Tay was. Somehow the aquisition of this knowledge has not led to personal fulfillment. The quest continues.

Tara vs. Sarah on Oscar Predictions is good. I love Tara's undercover flick off.

Give me Lisa Ling any day. My Channel One dreamgirl.
Is this the Oscar thread? I think Million Dollar Baby will win with Scorcese getting Best Director.

I heard on NPR last night that the odds are against Marty winning this year... shutting him out again. At this point, that's an award in itself, no?

My question for you Linux. What in the world are you doing watching KTLA morning news? Good Day LA is calling you...
but I hear you.

My theory is that they want to give it to Marty, even though the Aviator isn't even in his top five of movies. It's a make good, like Newman for Color of Money or Denzel for Training Day instead of the Hurricane.

Two words: Sharon. Tay. Rowr.
That's three words.
Never heard of her before this. Damn my lack of pop culture.
